Article R695-1 of the French Commercial code

The official receiver shall rule on the request for disclosure of confidential information pursuant to the second paragraph of I of Article L. 695-2 within eight days of the matter being referred to him after having requested written observations from the mandataires de justice, the debtor and the public prosecutor. The decision is notified to the debtor, the judicial representatives and the Public Prosecutor.

Le juge-commissaire statue sur la demande de communication d’informations confidentielles en application du second alinéa du I de l’article L. 695-2 dans les huit jours de sa saisine après avoir sollicité les observations écrites des mandataires de justice, du débiteur et du ministère public. La décision est notifiée au débiteur, aux mandataires de justice et au procureur de la République.
