Article R712-11-3 of the French Commercial code

The joint national commission set up pursuant to the article 2 of law no. 52-1311 of 10 December 1952 relating to the compulsory establishment of a statute for the administrative staff of the chambers of agriculture, chambers of commerce and chambers of trade is the body responsible for determining and monitoring the provisions relating to the specific situation of public employees in the network of chambers of commerce and industry, which excludes the provisions relating to collective labour relations, health and safety at work mentioned in article L. 712-11.

The procedures for appointing its members and its operation are set by order of the minister responsible for overseeing the network of chambers of commerce and industry.

La commission nationale paritaire instaurée en application de l’article 2 de la loi n° 52-1311 du 10 décembre 1952 relative à l’établissement obligatoire d’un statut du personnel administratifs des chambres d’agriculture, des chambres de commerce et des chambres des métiers est l’instance chargée de la détermination et du suivi des dispositions relatives à la situation particulière des agents publics du réseau des chambres de commerce et d’industrie, qui exclut les dispositions relatives aux relations collectives de travail, à la santé et à la sécurité au travail mentionnées à l’article L. 712-11.

Les modalités de désignation de ses membres et de son fonctionnement sont fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la tutelle du réseau des chambres de commerce et d’industrie.
