Article R712-14 of the French Commercial code

The general meeting of each establishment shall vote each year, no later than 30 November of the year preceding that for which it is drawn up, on a preliminary budget which complies with the general principles applicable to the budgets of public administrative establishments, subject to the adaptations provided for by this title to take account of the specific characteristics of the establishments in the network of chambers of commerce and industry.

A joint order of the ministers responsible for the supervision of chambers of commerce and industry and for the budget may provide for the postponement of this date until the following 31 March.

Article R712-14

L’assemblée générale de chaque établissement vote chaque année, au plus tard le 30 novembre de l’année précédant celle pour laquelle il est établi, un budget primitif qui satisfait aux principes généraux applicables aux budgets des établissements publics à caractère administratif, sous réserve des adaptations prévues par le présent titre pour tenir compte des caractères spécifiques des établissements du réseau des chambres de commerce et d’industrie.

Un arrêté conjoint des ministres en charge de la tutelle des chambres de commerce et d’industrie et du budget peut prévoir le report de cette date jusqu’au 31 mars suivant.
