Article R712-24 of the French Commercial code

The resources of the interconsular grouping come from the contributions of the participating territorial and regional chambers of commerce and industry, subsidies and miscellaneous revenue. The methods for calculating and distributing the contributions of the territorial and regional chambers of commerce and industry are determined by the prefect, on the proposal of the grouping.

The territorial chambers of commerce and industry and the regional chambers of commerce and industry making up the interconsular grouping include in their annual budget an amount representing their contributory share of the grouping’s expenditure. This expenditure constitutes compulsory expenditure for these establishments.

This entry is approved by the supervisory authority, either when approving the budget of the chambers concerned, or when approving the budget of the interconsular group.

Expenditure necessary for the running of the group and the operation of the establishments and services that the interconsular group administers may be entered automatically in its budget by the supervisory authority.

Les ressources du groupement interconsulaire proviennent des contributions des chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et de région participantes, de subventions et de recettes diverses. Les modalités de calcul et de répartition des contributions des chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et de région sont arrêtées par le préfet, sur proposition du groupement.

Les chambres de commerce et d’industrie territoriales et les chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région constituant le groupement interconsulaire inscrivent dans leur budget annuel un montant représentant leur part contributive aux dépenses du groupement. Cette dépense constitue pour ces établissements une dépense obligatoire.

Cette inscription est approuvée par l’autorité de tutelle, soit lors de l’approbation du budget des chambres intéressées, soit lors de l’approbation du budget du groupement interconsulaire.

Les dépenses nécessaires au fonctionnement du groupement et à l’exploitation des établissements et services que le groupement interconsulaire administre peuvent être inscrites d’office à son budget par l’autorité de tutelle.
