Article R7124-26 of the French Labour Code

Withdrawal of the individual authorisation and of the approvals provided for respectively in articles L. 7124-3 and L. 7124-5 is pronounced by the administrative authority defined in article R. 7124-1 after receiving the committee’s assent, either on its own initiative or at the request of any qualified person.

Le retrait de l’autorisation individuelle et des agréments prévus respectivement aux articles L. 7124-3 et L. 7124-5 est prononcé par l’autorité administrative définie à l’article R. 7124-1 sur avis conforme de la commission soit d’office, soit à la demande de toute personne qualifiée.
