The investigation enables the commission to assess :
1° Whether the activity for which the application is made can, in view of its difficulties and its morality, normally be entrusted to the child ;
2° Whether the child has already been or is currently employed in activities mentioned in 1°, 2°, 3° and 4° of article L. 7124-1 and under what conditions ;
3° Whether, in view of his age, his compulsory schooling and his state of health, the child is capable of performing the work offered to him. To this end, a medical examination paid for by the employer will be carried out by a paediatrician or general practitioner;
4° Whether the child’s employment conditions are satisfactory with regard to :
a) Working hours ;
b) The rhythm of the activities, particularly in the evening or during the same week; c) The child’s pay; d) The child’s age;
c) Remuneration;
d) Holidays and rest periods;
e) Health and safety ;
f) protection of health and morals;
5° Whether arrangements have been made to ensure normal school attendance;
6° Whether the child’s family or carers are able to supervise the child effectively, particularly during rest periods and journeys.
