Article R7125-25-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The councillor to the Assembly of French Guyana who wishes to benefit from training under his individual right to training sends a request to the manager of the fund for the financing and management of the individual right to training of local elected representatives mentioned in Article L. 1621-4, via the dematerialised service mentioned in Article L. 1621-5, in accordance with the general conditions of use of this service.

The holder of individual training rights may use up their rights within six months of the expiry of their term of office, if they no longer hold any local elected office and if they have not liquidated their pension rights, in order to take part in training that contributes to their professional reintegration, within the meaning of the last paragraph of article R. 7125-25-1.

Le conseiller à l’assemblée de Guyane qui souhaite bénéficier d’une formation au titre de son droit individuel à la formation adresse une demande au gestionnaire du fonds de financement et de gestion du droit individuel à la formation des élus locaux mentionné à l’article L. 1621-4, par l’intermédiaire du service dématérialisé mentionné à l’article L. 1621-5, conformément aux conditions générales d’utilisation de ce service.

Le titulaire de droits individuels à la formation peut consommer ses droits dans les six mois qui suivent l’expiration de son mandat, s’il n’exerce plus aucun mandat électif local et s’il n’a pas liquidé ses droits à pension, afin de participer à des formations contribuant à sa réinsertion professionnelle, au sens du dernier alinéa de l’article R. 7125-25-1.
