Article R7125-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of articles R. 7125-1 and R. 7125-2 are applicable, where they do not benefit from more favourable provisions, to civil servants governed by Titles I to IV of the general civil service regulations and to contractual employees of the State, local authorities and their public administrative establishments who hold elective public office.

Article R7125-3

Les dispositions des articles R. 7125-1 et R. 7125-2 sont applicables, lorsqu’ils ne bénéficient pas de dispositions plus favorables, aux fonctionnaires régis par les titres I à IV du statut général de la fonction publique ainsi qu’aux agents contractuels de l’Etat, des collectivités territoriales et de leurs établissements publics administratifs qui exercent des fonctions publiques électives.
