Article R717-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code

The articles R. 712-3(2°, d), R. 712-9 to R. 712-11, R. 712-13 to R. 712-19, R. 712-23 and R. 712-23-1, R. 714-2 R. 714-4 to R. 714-8 and R. 716-1 to R. 716-14 shall apply to international trademark registrations extended to France in accordance with the Madrid Agreement of 14 April 1891 and the Madrid Protocol of 27 June 1989, within the limits of and subject to the provisions of this chapter.

Les articles R. 712-3 (2°, d), R. 712-9 à R. 712-11, R. 712-13 à R. 712-19, R. 712-23 et R. 712-23-1, R. 714-2 R. 714-4 à R. 714-8 et R. 716-1 à R. 716-14 sont applicables aux enregistrements internationaux de marque étendus à la France conformément à l’arrangement de Madrid du 14 avril 1891 et du Protocole de Madrid du 27 juin 1989, dans la limite et sous la réserve des dispositions prévues au présent chapitre.
