Article R722-23 of the French Commercial code

The declaration of interests and, where applicable, the supplementary declaration(s) shall be submitted by the interested party to the authorities mentioned in the second and third paragraphs of article L. 722-21 in a sealed double envelope marked confidential. The authority to which the declaration is addressed shall acknowledge receipt thereof.

La déclaration d’intérêts et, le cas échéant, la ou les déclarations complémentaires sont remises par l’intéressé aux autorités mentionnées aux deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article L. 722-21 sous double pli cacheté revêtu d’une mention relative à leur caractère confidentiel. L’autorité destinataire de la déclaration en accuse réception.
