Article R7226-3 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The provisions of article R. 7226-6 and article R. 7226-8 are applicable to persons from outside the Economic, Social, Environmental, Cultural and Education Council appointed to sit on a section pursuant to Article R. 7226-2.

The provisions of the second and third paragraphs of Article R. 7226-7 are applicable to the replacement of section members.

Les dispositions de l’article R. 7226-6 et de l’article R. 7226-8 sont applicables aux personnalités extérieures au conseil économique, social, environnemental, de la culture et de l’éducation désignées pour siéger dans une section en application de l’article R. 7226-2.

Les dispositions des deuxième et troisième alinéas de l’article R. 7226-7 sont applicables au remplacement des membres des sections.
