Article R732-17 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the following table shall apply in New Caledonia, subject to the adaptations provided for in II, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, article R. 163-3 is applicable to the Office des postes et télécommunications.

Sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :
