Article R734-13 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in the Wallis and Futuna Islands, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, in article R. 151-3:
1° In 2° of I, the words: “listed in Annex IV of Council Regulation (EC) No 428/2009 of 5 May 2009 setting up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items” are deleted;
2° 9° of II is replaced by the following provisions:
“The production, processing or distribution of agricultural products where these contribute to national food security objectives;”
3° In 10° of II, the words: “within the meaning of Article 4 of Law no. 47-585 of 2 April 1947 on the status of newspaper and periodical grouping and distribution companies,” are deleted;
4° In 2° of III, the words: “listed in Annex I of the aforementioned Council Regulation (EC) of 5 May 2009” are deleted.

I. – Sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, sont applicables dans les îles Wallis et Futuna les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I, à l’article R. 151-3 :
1° Au 2° du I, les mots : « énumérés à l’annexe IV du règlement (CE) n° 428/2009 du Conseil du 5 mai 2009 instituant un régime communautaire de contrôle des exportations, des transferts, du courtage et du transit de biens à double usage » sont supprimés ;
2° Le 9° du II est remplacé par les dispositions suivantes :
« La production, la transformation ou la distribution de produits agricoles lorsque celles-ci contribuent aux objectifs de sécurité alimentaire nationale ; »
3° Au 10° du II, les mots : « au sens de l’article 4 de la loi n° 47-585 du 2 avril 1947 relative au statut des entreprises de groupage et de distribution des journaux et publications périodiques, » sont supprimés ;
4° Au 2° du III, les mots : « énumérés à l’annexe I du règlement (CE) du Conseil du 5 mai 2009 précité » sont supprimés.
