Article R7343-19 of the French Labour Code

The decision of the judicial tribunal is notified without delay and within three days at the latest by the court registry to the applicant and the interested parties by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

The Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi forwards it to the service provider mentioned in the order of the Minister for Employment provided for in Article R. 7343-3.

Article R7343-19

La décision du tribunal judiciaire est notifiée sans délai et au plus tard dans les trois jours par le greffe au requérant et aux parties intéressées par lettre recommandée avec demande d’avis de réception.

L’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi la transmet au prestataire mentionné dans l’arrêté du ministre chargé du travail prévu à l’article R. 7343-3.
