Article R7343-2-1 of the French Labour Code

The Employment Platforms Labour Relations Authority referred to in Article L. 7345-1 shall inform the employees concerned of the forthcoming organisation of the ballot, at least two months before it is held. To this end, it shall publish a notice on the website dedicated to the voting operations.

At the Authority’s request, the platforms shall, within the same timeframe, provide employees with information about the forthcoming ballot via the digital applications they use in their commercial relations with employees. This information shall specify, in particular, the planned date for the single round of voting and the link to the website dedicated to voting operations.

L’Autorité des relations sociales des plateformes d’emploi mentionnée à l’article L. 7345-1 informe les travailleurs concernés de l’organisation à venir du scrutin, au moins deux mois avant la tenue de celui-ci. A cette fin, elle procède à une publication sur le site internet dédié aux opérations de vote.


Sur demande de cette Autorité, les plateformes transmettent aux travailleurs, dans le même délai, à travers les applications numériques qu’elles utilisent dans leurs relations commerciales avec ces derniers, l’information relative à l’organisation à venir du scrutin. L’information diffusée précise, notamment, la date envisagée pour le tour unique de scrutin et le lien vers le site internet dédié aux opérations de vote.
