Article R7343-56 of the French Labour Code

The challenge provided for in article L. 7343-10 must be made within fifteen days of the posting of the results referred to in article R. 7343-54, by any elector or any representative of a candidate organisation in the sector of activity for which the challenge is made, failing which it will be inadmissible.

The challenge is made by petition under the conditions laid down in articles 54 and 57 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Article R7343-56

La contestation prévue à l’article L. 7343-10 est formée dans un délai de quinze jours à compter de l’affichage des résultats mentionné à l’article R. 7343-54, par tout électeur ou tout mandataire d’une organisation candidate relevant du secteur d’activité pour laquelle la contestation est formée, à peine d’irrecevabilité.

La contestation est formée par requête dans les conditions prévues aux articles 54 et 57 du code de procédure civile.
