En cas de condamnation ou de décision de nature à modifier les conditions d’incorporation prononcée contre un individu soumis à l’obligation du service militaire, le greffier de la juridiction qui a prononcé la décision adresse une copie de la fiche à la direction du recrutement et de la statistique de la région militaire sur le territoire de laquelle il se trouve.

Lorsqu’il y a lieu d’apporter des modifications à la fiche, avis en est donné par l’autorité qui l’avait établie à la direction du recrutement et de la statistique de la région militaire sur le territoire de laquelle elle se trouve.
