The costumes of chief clerks and registrars are defined as follows:

a) Registrar: same costume as consular judges, without braid on the toque;

b) Sworn clerk: black dress without simarre and black toque.

b) Commis-greffier assermenté : robe noire sans simarre et toque noire.
