The creation of a commercial court clerk’s office is advertised by order of the Minister of Justice, Minister of Justice, indicating the amount of the compensation and setting the deadline for submitting applications for the office. The deadline for candidates to submit their applications may not be less than thirty days from publication of the order in the Journal officiel de la République française.

La création d’un office de greffier de tribunal de commerce fait l’objet d’une publicité par arrêté du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, indiquant le montant de l’indemnité et fixant la date limite de dépôt des candidatures à l’office. Le délai imparti aux candidats pour adresser leur candidature ne peut être inférieur à trente jours à compter de la publication de l’arrêté au Journal officiel de la République française.
