Failure to comply with the provisions of articles L. 7421-1 and L. 7421-2 or the regulations made for their application, is punishable by a fine of the third class, imposed as many times as there are persons concerned.
The same penalties apply to making inaccurate entries on the forms or booklets and their duplicates.
