The salaried commercial court clerk is appointed by order of the Minister of Justice. The order specifies the name or company name of the holder of the office within which the salaried clerk performs his duties.

Le greffier de tribunal de commerce salarié est nommé par arrêté du garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice. L’arrêté précise le nom ou la dénomination sociale du titulaire de l’office au sein duquel le greffier salarié exerce ses fonctions.
