As part of a special set of accounts kept in their books, the registrars of the commercial courts open, for mandates received, an account which records all movements concerning these mandates as well as the transactions related to these movements.
To this end, they keep at least a general journal, a general ledger, a general balance and a register of deeds, which must be able to be printed on first request.
They also keep a management chart and a daily list of each of the accounts moved.
An annual general balance and a detailed balance of the files are drawn up and saved on the last working day of the calendar year.
