The journalist shall have access, in compliance with health and safety regulations and the privacy of detainees, to premises accessible to detainees as well as to premises made available to contributors, with the latter’s agreement.

Le journaliste a accès, dans le respect des règles sanitaires et de sécurité et de la vie privée des personnes retenues, aux locaux accessibles aux retenus ainsi qu’aux locaux mis à disposition des intervenants, avec l’accord de ces derniers.
