Article R751-4 of the French Commercial code

Any member of the committee, even one without voting rights, shall complete a form relating to the offices and directorships held by him, those held in the three years prior to his appointment, and his interests during the same period.

No member, even one without voting rights, may sit on the committee unless he has submitted this duly completed form to the chairman of the committee, or has omitted to mention any interests, offices or directorships.

Tout membre de la commission, même sans droit de vote, remplit un formulaire relatif aux fonctions et mandats qu’il exerce, à ceux qu’il a exercés dans les trois années précédant sa désignation, ainsi qu’à ses intérêts au cours de cette même période.

Aucun membre, même sans droit de vote, ne peut siéger s’il n’a remis au président de la commission ce formulaire dûment rempli ou s’il a omis de mentionner des intérêts, fonctions ou mandats.
