Article R752-22 of the French Commercial code

The municipal council or the deliberative body of the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation must deliberate within one month of receiving the application for planning permission. Within three days of its adoption, the deliberation is sent by the mayor or the president of the public establishment for inter-communal cooperation to the applicant and posted for one month at the door of the town hall in the commune where the building is located.

Le conseil municipal ou l’organe délibérant de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale doit délibérer dans le délai d’un mois suivant la réception de la demande de permis de construire. Dans les trois jours suivant son adoption, la délibération est transmise par le maire ou le président de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale au demandeur et affichée pendant un mois à la porte de la mairie de la commune d’implantation.
