Article R752-26 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in New Caledonia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I, in the second sentence of Article R. 351-3, the words: “jointly by the Director of Tax Services and the Director General of the Treasury” are replaced by the words: “jointly by the local Director of Public Finances of New Caledonia and the Director General of the Treasury”.

I. – Sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

II. – Pour l’application du I, à la seconde phrase de l’article R. 351-3, les mots : « conjointement par le directeur des services fiscaux et le directeur général du Trésor » sont remplacés par les mots : « conjointement par le directeur local des finances publiques de la Nouvelle-Calédonie et le directeur général du Trésor ».
