Article R752-43-3 of the French Commercial code

When completion of the project requires planning permission, the new application is submitted in accordance with the provisions of articles R. * 423-2 et seq. of the town planning code. The mayor forwards this request to the secretariat of the Commission nationale d’aménagement commercial under the conditions set out in the second paragraph of the article R. 423-13-2 of the same code.

Lorsque la réalisation du projet nécessite un permis de construire, la nouvelle demande est déposée conformément aux dispositions des articles R. * 423-2 et suivants du code de l’urbanisme. Le maire transmet cette demande au secrétariat de la Commission nationale d’aménagement commercial dans les conditions prévues au second alinéa de l’article R. 423-13-2 du même code.
