I.-The application form for authorisation can be obtained from the prefecture or on the prefecture websites. Its content conforms to a model laid down by order of the Minister for the Economy.

II -The application for authorisation is sent electronically to the prefect of the department, with an electronic acknowledgement of receipt sent without delay.
The prefect has one month in which to respond to the application.
The prefect has one month from receipt of the authorisation application to check that it is complete and to request any additional details or information. Once this one-month period has elapsed, the application for authorisation is deemed to be complete.
The investigation period is three months.
