Article R752-7 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Article R. 313-1 is applicable, subject to the adaptations in II, in New Caledonia in the version resulting from Decree no. 2016-884 of 29 June 2016.
II. – For the application of I, in the first paragraph of Article R. 313-1, the reference to Article R. 314-14 is replaced by the reference to Article R. 314-10.
