Article R754-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Article R. 313-1 is applicable, subject to the adaptations in II, in the Wallis and Futuna Islands in the version resulting from Decree no. 2016 884 of 29 June 2016.
II. – For the application of I, in the first paragraph of Article R. 313-1, the reference to Article R. 314-14 is replaced by the reference to Article R. 314-13.

I. – L’article R. 313-1 est applicable, sous réserve des adaptations du II, dans les îles Wallis et Futuna dans sa rédaction résultant du décret n° 2016 884 du 29 juin 2016.
II. – Pour l’application du I, au premier alinéa de l’article R. 313-1, la référence à l’article R. 314-14 est remplacée par la référence à l’article R. 314-13.
