Article R774-33 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I:

2° The references to the register mentioned in I of Article L. 546-1 are replaced by references to the register provided for by the equivalent locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
3° The references to the SIREN number are replaced by references to the TAHITI register number.

I. – Sont applicables en Polynésie française, sous réserve des adaptations prévues au II, les dispositions des articles mentionnés dans la colonne de gauche du tableau ci-après, dans leur rédaction indiquée dans la colonne de droite du même tableau :

3° Les références au numéro SIREN sont remplacées par les références au numéro du répertoire TAHITI.
