I. – Subject to the adaptations provided for in II, the provisions of the articles mentioned in the left-hand column of the table below shall apply in French Polynesia, in the wording indicated in the right-hand column of the same table:

II. – For the application of I:
1° The references to the European Banking Authority and the resolution authorities of the other Member States of the European Union shall not apply;
2° In Article R. 613-16, the reference to Article 36 of Decree No. 85-295 of 1 March 1985 implementing Law No. 84-148 of 1 March 1984 is replaced by a reference to equivalent locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
3° In the first paragraph of Article R. 613-18, after the words “and the Banque de France”, the following words are added: “as well as the Institut d’émission d’outre-mer”;
4° In Articles R. 613-14, R. 613-15, R. 613-19, R. 613-22, references to Decree no. 85-1388 of 27 December 1985 are replaced by references to equivalent locally applicable provisions having the same purpose;
5° In article R. 613-28, b of A of 5° is worded as follows:
” b) At a variable rate equal, on the date of the issue or borrowing, to a reference index determined on the basis of the rate at which banks can, on the money market, lend funds to other banks or to agents other than banks, or borrow funds from them”.
