The Credit Advisory Committee may not validly deliberate if the number of members present is less than ten. If the quorum is not reached, a new notice of meeting is sent out at least eight days before the date of the new meeting of the Credit Advisory Committee, which then sits validly, regardless of the number of members present.
The opinions of the Credit Advisory Committee are adopted by a majority of the votes of the members present.
The Credit Advisory Committee may hear any person it deems useful, on the initiative of its Chairman or at the request of the majority of the members present.
