Article R811-2 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Subject to the adaptations provided by Article R. 811-3 hereinafter, the provisions of this code shall apply in Mayotte with the exception of Articles R. 133-1, R. 133-2, R. 326-1, R. 326-2, R. 522-1 and R. 613-25-1 to R. 613-25-4.

For the application of this code in Mayotte the following words listed below are replaced respectively by the following words:

a) “region” and “department” by “Mayotte”;

b) “Court of Appeal” by “Mamoudzou Chamber of Appeal”.
