Article R821-8 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The amount of the sum deposited by a transport company pursuant to article L. 821-9 is mentioned on the official report recording the breach provided for in article L. 821-12. If no deposit is made, this is mentioned under the same conditions.
The sum deposited is handed over without delay to an accountant from the Directorate General of Public Finances.

Le montant de la somme consignée par une entreprise de transport en application de l’article L. 821-9 est mentionné sur le procès-verbal constatant le manquement prévu à l’article L. 821-12. L’absence de consignation est mentionnée dans les mêmes conditions.
La somme consignée est remise sans délai entre les mains d’un comptable de la direction générale des finances publiques.
