As soon as the injunction is received, the employer informs the project owner or the client, within a period of fifteen days, of the measures taken to put an end to the situation.

The project owner or client will immediately forward this response to the inspection officer who issued the warning.

Dès réception de l’injonction, l’employeur informe dans un délai de quinze jours le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre des mesures prises pour faire cesser la situation.

Le maître d’ouvrage ou le donneur d’ordre transmet aussitôt cette réponse à l’agent de contrôle auteur du signalement.
