Article R8295-3 of the French Labour Code

The employer or, where applicable, the user undertaking of a temporary employee on secondment shall inform the union of funds mentioned in article R. 8291-2 within twenty-four hours of any change relating to the information concerning it or the employees or relating to the address of the site or the worksite.

L’employeur ou, le cas échéant, l’entreprise utilisatrice d’un salarié intérimaire détaché informe dans un délai de vingt-quatre heures l’union des caisses mentionnée à l’article R. 8291-2 de toute modification relative aux renseignements le ou la concernant ou relatives aux salariés ou portant sur l’adresse du site ou du chantier de travaux.
