Article R835-2 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the adaptations provided for in this chapter, the following provisions shall apply in French Polynesia in the wording resulting from Decree no. 2020-1734 of 16 December 2020, unless otherwise stated in the table below.
