Article R910-1 of the French Commercial code

The following provisions shall not apply in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon:

1° Articles R. 123-209 to R. 123-219, D. 145-12 to D. 145-19, D. 146-1 and D. 146-2;

2° Articles R. 229-1 to R. 229-26 and R. 252-1 ;

3° Articles R. 490-5 to R. 490-10;

4° Articles R. 522-1 to R. 522-25;

5° Articles R. 611-23-1, R. 662-4in its version resulting from Decree No. 2016-1851 of 23 December 2016 on the appointment of judicial officers and auctioneers in certain procedures relating to companies in difficulty and amending the Commercial Code, R. 662-18, R. 670-1 to R. 670-7, and Title IX of Book VI;

6° Articles R. 711-6, R. 711-18 à R. 711-31, R. 712-24, R. 713-31 to R. 713-63, D. 721-2 à R. 721-4 and R. 721-7 to R. 761-26 as well as the provisions relating to regional chambers of commerce and industry in Chapters I, II and III of Title I of Book VII.

Ne sont pas applicables à Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon les dispositions suivantes :

1° Les articles R. 123-209 à R. 123-219, D. 145-12 à D. 145-19, D. 146-1 et D. 146-2 ;

2° Les articles R. 229-1 à R. 229-26 et R. 252-1 ;

3° Les articles R. 490-5 à R. 490-10 ;

4° Les articles R. 522-1 à R. 522-25 ;

5° Les articles R. 611-23-1, R. 662-4 dans sa version résultant du décret n° 2016-1851 du 23 décembre 2016 relatif à la désignation des huissiers de justice et des commissaires-priseurs judiciaires dans certaines procédures relatives aux entreprises en difficulté et modifiant le code de commerce, R. 662-18, R. 670-1 à R. 670-7, et le titre IX du livre VI ;

6° Les articles R. 711-6, R. 711-18 à R. 711-31, R. 712-24, R. 713-31 à R. 713-63, D. 721-2 à R. 721-4 et R. 721-7 à R. 761-26 ainsi que les dispositions relatives aux chambres de commerce et d’industrie de région des chapitres Ier, II et III du titre Ier du livre VII.
