Article 111 of the French Civil Code

Where a deed contains, on the part of the parties or one of them, an election of domicile for the performance of the same deed in a place other than that of the actual domicile, service, requests and proceedings relating to that deed may be made at the agreed domicile, and, subject to the provisions of Article 48 of the Code of Civil Procedure, before the judge of that domicile.

Article 111

Lorsqu’un acte contiendra, de la part des parties ou de l’une d’elles, élection de domicile pour l’exécution de ce même acte dans un autre lieu que celui du domicile réel, les significations, demandes et poursuites relatives à cet acte pourront être faites au domicile convenu, et, sous réserve des dispositions de l’article 48 du code de procédure civile, devant le juge de ce domicile.
