The divorce agreement shall fix the apportionment of its costs between the spouses subject to the application of the provisions of Article 123 of Decree no. 2020-1717 of 28 December 2020 where one of the spouses is in receipt of legal aid.
Failing specification in the agreement, the costs of the divorce are shared equally.
La convention de divorce fixe la répartition des frais de celui-ci entre les époux sous réserve de l’application des dispositions de l’article 123 du décret n° 2020-1717 du 28 décembre 2020 lorsque l’un des époux bénéficie de l’aide juridictionnelle.
A défaut de précision de la convention, les frais du divorce sont partagés par moitié.
