Article 132-1 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The members of the committees are bound by an obligation of impartiality.
They shall personally examine the matters submitted for their consideration and deliberate on them without regard to persons or factors external to these matters. They undertake to prevent or immediately put an end to any conflict of interest, within the meaning ofparagraph 1 of article 2 of Law no. 2013-907 of 11 October 2013 on the transparency of public life, which may arise in the performance of their duties.

Les membres des commissions sont soumis à une obligation d’impartialité.
Ils examinent personnellement les affaires soumises à leur appréciation et délibèrent à leur sujet sans considération de personnes ou d’éléments extérieurs à ces affaires. Ils s’engagent à prévenir ou à faire cesser immédiatement tout conflit d’intérêts, au sens de l’alinéa 1er de l’article 2 de la loi n° 2013-907 du 11 octobre 2013 relative à la transparence de la vie publique, qui pourrait survenir dans l’exercice de leur mission.
