Article 1552 of the French Code of civil procedure

Any interested third party may, with the agreement of the parties and the technician, intervene in the operations carried out by the technician. The technician will inform the third party that he/she is then entitled to enforce his/her rights.

Tout tiers intéressé peut, avec l’accord des parties et du technicien, intervenir aux opérations menées par celui-ci. Le technicien l’informe qu’elles lui sont alors opposables.
