Article 160 bis of the French General Tax Code

Sums allocated to shareholders of open-ended investment companies and open-ended real estate investment companies mentioned in 3° nonies of the article 208 for the repurchase of their shares are not considered as distributed income for the application of income tax.

Les sommes attribuées aux actionnaires des sociétés d’investissement à capital variable et des sociétés de placement à prépondérance immobilière à capital variable mentionnées au 3° nonies de l’article 208 pour le rachat de leurs actions ne sont pas considérées comme des revenus distribués pour l’application de l’impôt sur le revenu.
