The findings of the laboratories of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance are definitive with regard to :

a) the determination of the specific elements of the entry of goods in the temporary admission accounts ;

b) the composition of products eligible for offsetting in temporary admission accounts.

Les constatations des laboratoires du ministère de l’économie et des finances sont définitives en ce qui concerne :

a) la détermination des éléments particuliers de prise en charge des marchandises dans les comptes d’admission temporaire ;

b) la composition des produits admis à compensation des comptes d’admission temporaire.
