As regards the offences referred to in articles 1771 to 1775, the court will order, at the request of the administration, that the judgment be published in full or in extracts in the Journal officiel de la République française, as well as in newspapers designated by the court, and posted for three months on the notice boards reserved for official publications in the municipality where the convicted person is domiciled, at the outside door of the building where the convicted person is domiciled and at the convicted person’s professional establishment(s). The costs of these publications and posting shall be borne in full by the convicted person.
The provisions of the second to seventh paragraphs of Article L. 216-3 of the French Consumer Code apply insofar as they are not contrary to those of the present article.
