Any association, professional union or trade union of employees in the branch concerned that has been duly registered for at least two years on the date of the events and whose statutory purpose includes the defence of the collective interests of undertakings and employees may exercise the rights recognised to a civil party in respect of the offences defined in Book II of Part E of the Labour Code even if the public prosecution has not been initiated by the Public Prosecutor or by the injured party.
Any foundation recognised as being in the public interest may exercise the rights recognised to a civil party under the same conditions and subject to the same reservations as the association mentioned in this article.
