Article 211-151 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

The costing committee responsible for proposing the amount of aid is made up of one of the co-chairmen of each commission. For each project, the co-chair of the relevant committee has the casting vote in the event of a tie.
Representatives of the President of the Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée attend the costing committee.

Le comité de chiffrage chargé de proposer le montant d’une aide est composé d’un des coprésidents de chaque commission. Pour chaque projet, le coprésident de la commission concernée a voix prépondérante en cas de partage égal des voix.
Des représentants du président du Centre national du cinéma et de l’image animée assistent au comité de chiffrage.
