Article 215 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The committal order shall contain, on pain of nullity, the statement and legal classification of the facts, which are the subject of the charge, and shall specify the identity of the accused. It also states, if applicable, that the accused benefits from the provisions of Article 132-78 of the Penal Code.

The articles 181 and 184 are applicable.

The accused shall be notified of the committal order in accordance with the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 183.

Article 215

L’arrêt de mise en accusation contient, à peine de nullité, l’exposé et la qualification légale des faits, objet de l’accusation, et précise l’identité de l’accusé. Il précise également, s’il y a lieu, que l’accusé bénéficie des dispositions de l’article 132-78 du code pénal.

Les articles 181 et 184 sont applicables.

L’arrêt de mise en accusation est notifié à l’accusé conformément aux dispositions du deuxième alinéa de l’article 183.
