Article 222-13 of the French Cinema and Moving Image Code

For the distribution of a feature film covered by 5° of article 222-8, the decision to award automatic financial assistance is taken after consulting the approval committee, taking into account the size of the distribution expenses mentioned in 2° of Article 222-9 which are incurred for the work in question.

Pour la distribution d’une œuvre cinématographique de longue durée relevant du 5° de l’article 222-8, la décision d’attribution d’une aide financière automatique est prise après avis de la commission d’agrément, en tenant compte de l’importance des dépenses de distribution mentionnées au 2° de l’article 222-9 qui sont engagées pour l’œuvre considérée.
